I am located in Goldendale, WA and I love traveling! It gives me new scenery and the opportunity to take a mini vacay from my normal spots. Travel fees apply but we customize them to best fit your needs to keep it as affordable as we can while making it worth our time.

YES! When it comes to weddings or bigger events we are a husband and wife duo. My husband takes care of one bridal party and the fine details while I take care of the other bridal party and I am the one right in the middle of it all.

For portrait sessions unfortunately not, I am running on a detailed and well planned out schedule and want to keep it running as smooth as possible. As far as weddings go for every hour we go over it's $450.00/hr and that is exactly why we suggest choosing package #1 because %90 of the time something out of all of ours control happens and we are there longer than the max hours. Weddings are fun but I highly suggest sitting down and getting a detailed schedule put together.

Absolutely! I do include full print release rights with all of my packages but cannot guarantee the quality of any prints unless ordered through us. We use a professional printing lab which allows me to guarantee beautiful prints every time.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. We will never under any circumstances deliver RAW photos or book a session just to receive your RAW photos, they will always be edited.

Unfortunately not and that is stated in our contract. We take pride in our work and don't ever want to mislead anyone. If there is ever an issue please reach out because we are more than happy to work with you to resolve it.

All deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULES/LATE ARRIVALS:
A minimum of 7 days notice will be required for reschedule without an additional fee & any notice less than 7 days will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Requests to reschedule less than 3 days will forfeit non-refundable deposit towards your session and an additional $75 rescheduling fee must be paid on making a rescheduling request. The one time rescheduled date must be within 1 month of the original session date. If client requests to reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, all payments made will be forfeited and released unconditionally and rescheduling requests will not be honored under no circumstances (unless in case of emergency).
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice prior to the date of your session or if your more than 15 minutes late to your session, all payments made will be forfeited and released unconditionally AND the remaining balance is due in full immediately.

If the cancellation is on behalf of Van Belle Studios, the amount paid to Van Belle Studios along with the retainer will be movable to another session or refunded without the retainer. The full refund will be paid out within thirty (30) calendar days from the cancellation date if necessary.

An online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your date. Although turn around times for weddings is 6-8 weeks and the delivery of your photobook (Package #1) is TBD on the date of order.

When sharing or using the sneak peaks I would appreciate if you tag us or mention us until you receive your unwatermarked photos and under no circumstance remove or crop out our watermark from the photos (this is also in your signed contract). Thank of it as common courtesy. Now if for some reason we did not receive your final balance on the day of your session, you are NOT allowed to use them at all until that payment is retained.

Of course! At the time of booking a portrait session, a $75 retainer is due with the remaining balance being due on or before the day of your session/event. Weddings require a $500 retainer with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your wedding (same as portrait sessions). Now how you pay in between then is up to you because I want to make the process as easy and as stress free as possible. If for some reason the full payment isn't received by the day of your session then no sneak peaks will be shared and no photos will be released until the full payment is received.
