You only get the dress for 5 days, no exceptions.

Please make sure you have double checked the calendar around the time of your rental to accommodate weekends and holidays. I recommend giving 3 business days cushion between arrival date and the date of your shoot if possible in case of shipping delays ( which has been a thing lately). If it is late because of USPS, you may miss your session date and no refund will be given.

If cancelled 10+ days from the start date of your rental, you will receive full credit for a rental to be used within a year of your start date.

Cancellations less than 9 days from the start date will not receive a refund or credit at all.

Have a change of heart on which dress you are wanting to rent? NO problem I will try to accommodate this change of heart when possible and but you will be charged $20 fee.

Absolutely!! Just please make sure they tag us in all pictures as well and treat it with the same respect as if their name was on the rental agreement or YOU may get charged for any damage or replacement charges.
